Corporate reportage in Alberta

Tear sheet for a corporate portrait commissioned by Bouygues and Colas in Alberta, Canada. The brief was to photograph Mr Gary Walker , head of the security for Colas, Alberta. I ended up doing three variations on two different sites. Taxied by Helicopter to Windfall quarry some 200 miles from headquater, we settled to do two shots on site. The shot used was taken early morning the next day at Colas Garage station.

Wow, I have just received another tear sheet this morning. Portrait of Maurice Hennessy for Tanks mens fashion magazine in collaboration with the Observer newspaper in London. And a big thanks to Laura Foster from Moët Hennessy UK Limited who i met in Cognac while photographing the story. Laura, it was with great pleasure that we sip on this wonderful bottle of fine champagne over the new year celebration.

It is always nice to get a Tear Sheet from a magazine. These days you have to beg the photo editor to get the tear sheet after they beg you to shoot a story for $ 100. I do not even ask for a magazine copy anymore. Regardless, I do like this story I shot on Chinatown New York. It was nice to receive in my email without having to ask for a change. I actually should post a few more images that I shot on the street of chinatown while I was doing the story. Some Cool stuff …
I miss New York! Anyone wanted to send me there for a job is most welcome.
